1) "Blood Mansion" is Mr Howell's first Gothic horror book. I honestly hope he continues writing in this horror genre 

The story is very well-written. The characters are well-developed and the plotline easily keeps the reader's attention. The book was hard for me to put down as I wanted to read it straight through. Very highly recommend

It was a long book of 298 pages but I did have other duties to do too besides spending quality reading horror books.

Every town in America and abroad has that old, creepy, gloomy house that just seems to draw you to enter its doors. However, author Robert Howell's Blood mansion is just the opposite. It is a spectacular 3 story Victorian mansion that begs the visitor to enter its fine establishment.

Who would have known that when the paranormal groups, psychics, and even a cop would enter such a house to film it's haunted history that they may not come out alive.

The storyline and characters were too good to be true and you were spooked right along with them. This story is definitely a edge of your seat story and you may not want to read it in the dark or by yourself alone on a dark stormy night.

The author did an excellent story telling job and exceeded my expectation and I hope to read more from this author.

I did enjoy it -- especially after they all got to the house. I thought there was good tension and I found it rather spooky -- or at least as spooky as someone like me could find that sort of story. But, yeah, I was into it and rooting for the good guys!

I did smile a few times at the skeptical investigators and recognized some of our attitudes and techniques. Other times I thought to myself, "If we'd seen that, I might have a different attitude!"

8) There's a lot to enjoy in this book: a haunted mansion, two ghost hunting teams, and a great premise! The mansion is built from different haunted houses; can it get any better than that? Well, yes: the plot is awesome too! People disappear, gruesome killings happen one after the other, psychics get possessed, skeptics get nasty surprises. This book is all entertainment, and the haunted house theme really works on you as the teams discover how ugly things can get. Recommended!

9) Blood Mansion is a edge of your seat thriller. My heart was racing . Such a good read if you like things that go bump in The night.
